Maybe they're missing the point. Getting by with a C+ when they are no doubt worth an A-. Think about it. If one thing is enough to drive people to your product, what would happen if you optimized everything? How much more value can you pack for the same price (or less)? Can I change a line of code so that email says someone's actual name instead of "Valued Customer"?Imagine what kind of effect it could have if you made every step of the way with your company faster, easier, or more fun.
